Wipawi is a player who can serve as both an outside hitter and an apositive spiker. Last season, he played an active part in the Thai and Vietnamese leagues. In particular, he was selected as the Best Opposite Spiker in the Thai League last season.

He is not a tall player at 174 cm. However, his strength is stable receiving, and his spike height is 288cm, so he has good elasticity compared to his height. That is why he was able to show off his strengths even in Apogee Spiker.

Through a video interview, Wipawi said, “I am very excited about life in Korea. I want to get close to my teammates and quickly adapt to the V-League.”

It is possible to play both positions as an apposite and an outside heater, but coach Sung-Hyung Kang showed a willingness to use the outside heater as a medium.

Wipawi said, “Both positions are not different. He can do everything well,” he showed confidence.
