U15 Softball Team sweeps Singapore and India in Asia Cup qualifier
The U15 Women’s National Softball Team swept Singapore and India in qualifying rounds for the Asia Cup.
The team defeated Singapore 14-0 in the fourth game of the preliminary round in Puri, Taiwan on Friday. The team followed that up with a five-run first inning in Game 5 against India, which ended with a 12-0 run-away win in the fourth inning.
At the end of the third day, the team’s head coach Lee Sang-hyun said, “The whole team showed their true colors. I am thankful and proud of our players for their fighting spirit even with small and large injuries.”안전놀이터
With two more wins on the day, South Korea is now 3-2 and will play its final qualifying game against Japan on April 16.
